Child Safety Standards
Mix Master Pro is an app for bartenders and drink enthusiasts aged 17 and over. It includes social features — a public feed, comments, direct messages and crew (workgroup) chat — so we publish these standards to make our position unambiguous: we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in Mix Master Pro, including posts, comments, photos, captions, profiles, usernames, direct messages, crew chat and submitted quips:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including illustrated, computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
- Sexualisation of minors — content that depicts, describes, encourages or normalises sexual interest in children.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual contact, online or offline, or soliciting sexual content from a minor.
- Sextortion — threatening or blackmailing a person using real or alleged intimate imagery.
- Trafficking — advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
- Sharing links or instructions to access any of the above on other platforms.
Violations result in immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
2. Age requirement
Mix Master Pro depicts alcoholic drinks and is rated for adults. You must be at least 17 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country, if higher) to create an account. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service. If we become aware that a user is under the required age we terminate the account and delete its data. If you believe a child is using the app, report it using any of the methods below.
3. How to report
Inside the app (fastest)
- On any post, comment or message, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Report. Select a reason — including “Child safety” — and add details.
- On any profile, tap ⋯ → Report user or Block user. Blocking instantly hides their content and stops them from contacting you.
- Reports are reviewed by a human moderator; reported content is hidden from you immediately and from everyone once actioned.
By email
Email mattyice.mixmasterpro@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety report”. Include the username, a description of the content and, where possible, screenshots or links. You do not need an account to report.
To authorities
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (United States) or the INHOPE hotline in your country.
4. How we respond
- Review within 24 hours. Every report is reviewed by a human. Reports flagged as child safety are prioritised ahead of all other moderation work.
- Immediate removal. Content that violates these standards is removed as soon as it is identified, and the account is permanently terminated.
- Reporting to authorities. When we identify apparent CSAM we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent authority in the relevant jurisdiction, and preserve the evidence as required by law.
- Cooperation with law enforcement. We respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.
- No re-entry. Users terminated for CSAE violations are not permitted to create new accounts.
5. Safety by design
- Every account must accept our Terms of Service, which prohibit this conduct, before using social features.
- Report and block controls are available on every post, comment, message and profile — never more than two taps away.
- Profiles can be set to Friends only so that strangers cannot view a user's posts or creations.
- Direct messages can only be initiated between users who have accepted each other's friend request.
- We do not run advertising, do not sell personal data, and do not collect precise location.
6. Compliance with child safety laws
We comply with applicable child safety and online safety laws in the regions where Mix Master Pro is available, including mandatory reporting of apparent CSAM under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A in the United States, and we review these standards regularly as laws and Google Play / Apple App Store policies evolve.
