Delete your account.
You can delete your Mix Master Pro account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete right here on the web
Sign in with the email and password you use in the app. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Signed up with Google? Google accounts don’t have a password — use Option 2 or Option 3 below. Store-billed subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Option 2 — Delete inside the app (instant)
- Open Mix Master Pro and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.
Option 3 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.

- Your account: email address, display name, username, bio and avatar photo.
- Everything you created: cocktail creations and their photos, regulars notes, shift and tip entries, posts, comments, likes, favorites, saved quips, and AI Mixologist history.
- Your direct messages and crew chat messages, friend connections, friend requests and blocks.
- Your subscription record in our database (store-billed subscriptions must be cancelled in Google Play or the App Store — we cannot cancel those for you).
What we keep, and for how long
- Abuse reports you filed or that named you are kept in anonymised form (your user reference is replaced with “[deleted]”) for moderation history only.
- Quips you submitted that were approved into the shared library stay in the library, but the “by @username” credit is removed.
- Encrypted backups may hold a copy of your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is overwritten.
- Nothing else is retained. We do not sell personal data and do not run advertising trackers.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can remove individual creations, shifts, regulars, posts and comments from inside the app, clear your AI Mixologist history, and remove your avatar or bio from Edit Profile. For anything else, email mattyice.mixmasterpro@gmail.com.
