Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Mix Master Pro. By creating an account or using the app you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Mix Master Pro. Content includes recipes for alcoholic beverages.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly at support@mixmasterpro.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions
Mix Master Pro Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google account settings; we do not process cancellations. Apple’s standard EULA applies to App Store purchases.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Mix Master Pro has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. Prohibited content includes hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, incitement of violence, and slurs targeting any protected group. You can report any post, message, or user in-app (long-press or three-dot menu → Report), and you can block any user (their content is instantly removed from your feed and they can no longer contact you). Every report is reviewed by a moderator; violating content is removed and offending users are ejected within 24 hours of a valid report.
Your content
You retain ownership of the cocktail creations, photos, captions, and other content you publish through the app. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content within the app so we can run the service (e.g. show your post in friends’ feeds, deliver a DM to its recipient).
You are responsible for the content you publish. Do not publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, encourages self-harm, sexualises minors, or violates anyone’s privacy.
Acceptable use
- Don’t spam, scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service.
- Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Don’t share another person’s private information without their consent.
- Don’t attempt to bypass safety controls (blocks, reports, paywall).
- Drink responsibly. Don’t encourage drink-driving or excessive consumption.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or pose a safety risk to others. We will give notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Recipes are user-submitted or sourced from public databases; we don’t guarantee accuracy or food/drink safety. Always verify ingredients for allergens.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix Master Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app on the next launch.
